Connect->Add Patient Portal->Search
To link your Patient Portals:
- Go to Profiles and pick the profile you want to connect.
- Click on the connect tab.
- Hit the "add patient portal" button.
- Type in the name of your health system (not the specific hospital). For example, if you want to link to Community Hospital North in Indianapolis, search for Community Health Network.
- If you can't find your health system, just give us a shout! Some places still need to get the hang of sharing info the right way.
- Once you find the correct health system, click it!
- Log in like you normally do for your patient portal.
- The steps from here might change based on your hospital's system. It's usually straightforward, though. In EPIC (MyChart), it looks like this.
- You might see a screen asking to grant access to 1up Health, our data partners. They're the folks who gather info for us and they're awesome!
- The next screen shows what type of info gets shared. Check all the boxes for more data.
- They might ask how long 1up Health can access your info. I usually choose the longest time to avoid signing in too often.
- Click Allow Access
- Now, we wait! It might take a bit depending on the data and source. Check back in about 5 minutes, and everything should be loaded up!
